Sales Executive – Solar & Storage
Own the commercial funnel for residential and SME solar/storage. You will source, qualify, and close deals while coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth installs and happy customers.
• Source and qualify leads from inbound, WhatsApp, and field activations • Run structured discovery to map load profiles and budget fit • Build and present proposals with finance options; negotiate to close • Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM and forecast weekly • Coordinate site surveys and handoffs to engineering/ops • Track NPS and upsell battery or efficiency add-ons post-install
• 3+ years in B2C/B2B sales; energy/telecom/fintech a plus • Strong phone/WhatsApp selling skills and disciplined follow-up • Comfortable with basic solar sizing concepts (or eager to learn fast) • Proficient with CRM tools and pipeline hygiene • Clear, concise communicator; able to handle objections with data • Self-driven, field-ready in Nairobi and nearby counties
